Beatles Please!

That is the comment I hear EVERY time we get into the car. Now you would think I am the last person to get tired of a Beatles CD but its starting to get to that point... I currently only have the Beatles "Love" cd and I started to play it a month or two ago and he immediately loved "Get Back". Every time that song would start he would giggle like crazy! Then he began singing the refrains, now he sings like 4 or 5 songs on the cd.. (rides tend to not last much longer then that)

So he orig would ask for the "drum song" aka Get back, which now has just turned into "Beatles Please!". Its pretty darn cute. i tried to video tape it with my phone but the sound didn't work. and we tried once with the camcorder but the battery died... He's also shy with other people so he doesn't like to give concerts, but when its the 3 of us singing together in the car is the most awesome thing ever.



I wanted to pop in here to put a couple pictures of Brandon's 2 new blankets! The first is the one I mentioned before from my friend Amy's mother Mrs.Robin. Here it is!





Now I picked the duck pattern out last fall b/c "duck" was one of Brandon's first words, and I figured it could be gender neutral so it can be passed down. Oh and the bubbles in the center are made from my wedding dress! Love it!





So after making the quilt i posted last time for my friend Katie, i took the instructions and made one Brandon! It's a tad bit loud, but it has all his favorite things, Diego, Cars and Thomas the Train!

Now clearly mine is kind of a "cheating" quilt b/c its not sewn into the back and done very difficultly but hey its a start!

I hope everyone has a great 3 day weekend! Kenn's 29th birthday is tomorrow!!! He already got his present (a new specialty photography computer monitor) but we'll spoil him with kisses!
