Pictures by Tina

A good friend of ours does photography, so she and kenn take turns doing pictures for each-other
so Lily decided to model this month

We loved her faces in the last two...

Lily 7 Months

Lily turned 7 months on Super Bowl Sunday!
What a great day to have a "mini" Birthday!

So there is no Dr visit this month so no stat updates.
I did pull out her 6-12 months clothing since she is growing out of some of the 9 months.
Size 3 diapers start tomorrow.
She has eaten almost everything in stage 1.
apples, blueberries, peaches, pears, bananas,
squash, carrots, sweet potato, green beans (which she spit out constantly),
This week we started 3 times a day feedings along with Meat for dinner.
So far we have only done one day of chicken. she didn't really like it.
Now that wasn't spitting out as bad as green beans though....

Lily has started to use her knees to army crawl a little.
Although she can get around the whole living room via rolling.
She still is an expert with her fingers and loves small objects like her beads
She also likes to look out the window at the trees instead of eating her baby-food
She is now sleeping until 7:30 am since she's eating more baby-food.
(must have been the hunger waking her at 5:30/6am)

The beginning of Crawling!

Brandon's First time Ice Skating

First I have to Post about what an awesome January it has been for the Ravens.
Clearly everyone knows that now~
But even though we couldn't go to the Superbowl Kenn was able to go to the last home game.

Kenn and Gail waited after the game to give Ray his last big exit

Ok on to Brandon.
Brandon has asked to go ice skating before but I just never got around to taking him...
(last year i was pregnant so that wasn't happening)
When we had the mini snow there was some ice on the ground that brandon started playing with
and pretending that he was ice skating. from that day forward he wouldn't stop asking .
I spoke to my SIL and invited their crew and took the kids

Brandon got about 1/4 around the rink when he told me
that he didn't want my help or to hold onto the side of the rink any longer.
He did surprisingly great (although he did use double blades)

Lily and Kenn hung outside the rink and watched us the whole time.

We were there an hour and a half and they resurfaced the ice so it was very slippery.
At that point between being slippery and tired he started falling a lot more, and lily was done with the cold so we went home. He has asked me every day since then to go so i think we are going this sat :)
AND will try normal skates

New Years 2012

To welcome the New Year I decided to take Brandon to the local bounce place.
They were hosting a countdown for the kids at 12 noon.
We went with another family and Brandon had a blast.
First they spent an hour bouncing and sliding.

Right before noon they handed out party favors and Lily who had slept up to this point was no longer.

They did the count down and then dropped the balloons~

 Brandon and Brady

It was nice because its hard to explain the New Year when they are in bed before Midnight.

Kenn had to work that day so we spent the evening in, we got seafood and watched movies.
We are so exciting I know!
