So here's some Happy things I keep forgetting to post :)
Well my Parents got back from Hawaii and so we went out to dinner for Kenn's Birthday.
After we all went to the store, and as we walk in my father asks b
"would you like to pick out a toy"
B's response "I would like a yellow bike".
I have NO idea where that came from, it sounded rehearsed. haha.
So we did our shopping assuming that wasn't going to happen...
at the end of the trip my father, kenn and b come around the corner with b riding a bike.
(it has yellow tires)
The next day kenn took him around the block,
and after 2 weeks he's already raised the training wheels up some.
We deff think by the end of the summer he'll prob be riding without them.
We had a big cookout and went strawberry picking.
We had an awesome time.

The strawberry's are the best i've ever tasted and for that whole 4qt it was only $6!
I'm learning a lot about the farmers markets and such and the 3 of us went last weekend.

I'm learning a lot about the farmers markets and such and the 3 of us went last weekend.
I bought some ground beef there and if all goes well i may be going every weekend for
our meat and veggies. Next month we are going back to easton to go blackberry,
blueberry, peach and cherry picking. I am way too excited for my own good.
after the picking and the cookout the kids got in the sprinkler.

He's always loved the water but this year he starts out shy.
I took him to a pool party at the Big Vanilla 2 weeks ago for a kid in his class.
He did NOT want to get in... after a couple mins of coaxing he still wasn't really doing it.
(just his toes) So luckily they had a slide that went into the pool.
THAT he wanted to do, so i told him he couldn't do that unless he swam in the reg. pool.
THAT he got in for... so after swimming for a little bit we went over to the slide but
the lifeguard didn't allow small children on it (even with adults).
But it got him in the pool so it was fine by me.
He spent the rest of the time jumping into my arms off the side.
The only thing that got him out was the call for "cake".
He FLEW out of the pool for that.
This past weekend B had another pool party for a friend at a marina on Kent Island.
This party was spent in the kiddie pool. Once again did NOT want to get in.
so he had his feet in for like 10mins. Then he saw the other kids throwing balls in the water
so kenn said he would play catch with him. Well we told him he HAD to get into the water
to play, once again he did it. and once again was in love with the water for the rest of the day.
He bashed his knees and tops of his feet from diving onto/tackling the ball for a good hour.
he's crazy i swear. its all about the sports.
We also started "mommy school" as we're calling it today.
I'm making sure even though he's home with me that he gets some kind of "schoolin"
so we have math, letters, art, reading, cooking and physical activities.
Today was the first day and b kept asking "when are we going to mommy school"
and i'd respond "This IS mommy school"
B- "no when are we leaving to go to mommy school"
finally by the end of the day he understood it was in our house.
So today we did a math/bingo game and practiced our uppercase letters
matching with our lower case letters. We also painted a picture with our new paint set.
Then i had a Drs appt an hr away so he came with me to that
and we had lunch at panera bread after. Then after naptime we went to the park.
man was it hot out! I think we need to go first thing in the AM from now on.
We are going to a school picnic on friday with his daycare so i'm happy about that.
I also have tickets for b and I to go on a "date" to Nick Jr live on sat night.
Of course Father's Day is sunday :)
Hopefully we'll hear some news this week on my job front.
